I work with adults who want to reduce stress, move through trauma, heal depression and anxiety, or break free from addiction. I also have specialized training in treating Adult ADHD from a trauma informed, IFS-based lens. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship that supports your goals—whether that’s finding better coping tools, healing from the past, or improving daily functioning. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.

With over 27 years of experience as a therapist, I remain deeply passionate about helping clients grow through leading brain- and body-based techniques. I’m especially interested in how our biology and evolutionary history shape mental health. Together we can use that understanding to create compassion for ourselves and strengthen overall mental wellness.
